“There’s no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you’ll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?”
-Elaine Dickinson, Airplane (1980)
NOTE: The new SLC Airport has opened! We haven’t been able to check it out yet due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so this list of Best SLC Airport Restaurants is outdated. Please visit the SLC Airport website for a full list of current dining options.
If you are reading this, thank you for visiting Salt Lake City! As someone who travels a lot for work, I’ve spent many hours killing time in the Salt Lake City International Airport. And my favorite way of killing time in an airport is eating (and drinking) until departure. I highly recommend it. The food options at the SLC airport will make you consider taking that voucher and getting a later flight. Seriously. I love that the best restaurants in the Salt Lake City Airport are, for the most part, extensions of some of the best local SLC restaurants and bars. And with the new airport coming in 2020, we are about have even more amazing SLC airport food options. So stretch your legs, put your shoes back on, and check out the Best Restaurants in the Salt Lake City Airport today!
