I’m wondering if we should even correct these non-Utahns asking if Utah is a dry state or just keep our delicious craft beers and spirits a secret. But hey, we should share the bounty, right? There are so many Utah distilleries popping up I can’t even keep track. What’s even better is these Utah distilleries aren’t just sticking to the Granary District or Downtown Salt Lake City to set up shop. Park City, Ogden, and even West Valley City have their own pockets of local distilleries. And maybe most surprisingly, South Salt Lake even has it’s own developing Distillery Row with multiple local distilleries side-by-side. Yep, it’s a great time to be a distillery in Utah, and an even better time to be a local craft cocktail enthusiast. When our local Utah distilleries are crafting up Utah whiskey, rum, gin, vodka, tequila, and liqueurs, it’s easy to drink local.
