Best Chicken & Waffles in Salt Lake City

I may have been eating the Best Chicken and Waffles in Salt Lake City to make this list, and I may have been eating the Best Chicken and Waffles in Salt Lake City because it’s one of my favorite brunch menu items, but it hasn’t always been this way for me. Like most bland sheltered white folk, I cringed when I found out about chicken and waffles. How? Why? It sounded so wrong.

Turns out (obviously), I was the one that was wrong. So very, very wrong.

Chicken and waffles are more than just a perfect combination of sweet, salty, and savory. For me, it represents personal growth.
